August 2019 Membership Luncheon: Come meet the Town of Windsor’s new Economic Development Manager, Tim Ricard who will discuss Windsor’s economy, the value of economic development, and how he can help your business grow here in Windsor. Speaker Bio: Tim Ricard is the Economic Development Manager for the Town of Windsor. Tim brings over 15 years of economic development and urban planning experience to this position and is passionate about creating and implementing diverse economic development programs to stimulate growth, provide jobs, contribute to a vibrant community. Before joining the Town of Windsor, Tim worked at the Sonoma County Economic Development Board where he focused on business retention and expansion, as well as overseeing the multi-agency implementation of the Sonoma County Cannabis Program. Prior to that, he worked as a Business Development Planner for the City of San Leandro. Tim received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He currently lives in Santa Rosa with his wife and five-year-old twin boys and can often be found exploring the beauty and bounty of Sonoma County with his family or running the trails of Trione-Annadel State Park.
