Windsor Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center is pleased to announce the 28th Annual Business and Community Expo and JOB FAIR, on April 7, 2020 from 2pm to 6pm. This spectacular and upbeat event is being held at the Mary Agatha Furth Center, 8400 Old Redwood Highway, Windsor, CA 95492.  2020 is the beginning of a new decade which is already bringing in new opportunities and growth, so we are tapping into the vibe of the ROARING ‘20s!

This year we are excited to announce the job fair as a new component.  All businesses as well as community programs and organizations seeking exposure and/or looking for new talent are encouraged to set up a table. All of Sonoma County residence looking to have a great time and/or those looking for new employment opportunities are encouraged to stop by to see what the Town of Windsor and Sonoma County have to offer. While here you will be able to enjoy the wineries pouring wine, restaurants proving samples of their cuisine as well as upbeat background music to keep things lively. No need to go to Costco for your free samples, come see us! As is with everything in Windsor, this is absolutely a whole family event! There will be a bouncy house and ice cream for all the kids and kids at heart to enjoy!

Job seekers and those looking to for some knowledge will be pleased with the business workshops provided throughout the day. With unemployment at an all-time low and businesses need employees! This combination means it is the job seekers market. Employers are seeking quality candidates. This event is a great opportunity to educate yourself on what those qualities are, and discover what programs are out there to help make you that quality candidate. On site to assist with this education and share their knowledge will be representatives from Sonoma County Job Link, Local Veterans’ Employment Representatives, and the Economic Development Board.
