Kelly has spent over 15 years in non-profit management and program development, and has expertise in collaborative partnerships. She has been named to “Forty Under 40” by both the North Bay Business Journal and the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives and was an Educational Fellow for the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.
