Leadership Windsor, a program of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, brings together emerging leaders from all walks of life to reflect the community it serves. Through shared experiences and guided learning, participants explore Windsor’s civic life, local businesses, social services and community dynamics - building understanding, connection and the confidence to lead with empathy and purpose.
