Meet Esther Molina!
"After an incredible season of growth, connection, and community impact at the Windsor Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center, I am excited to officially introduce Esther Molina as our new Executive Director.
As I begin transitioning into my next chapter, I feel proud of the momentum we’ve created together — strengthening community partnerships, expanding programs, supporting local businesses, and building new opportunities for collaboration throughout Windsor. It has been incredibly important to me to help leave the Chamber stronger, more connected, and positioned well for the future.
Esther Molina brings more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience and a deep commitment to community impact. Her background includes national leadership roles, workforce development, donor relations, operational management, and community engagement with organizations including the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Los Cien, and the Women’s Global Leadership Initiative.
As a Windsor native, Esther’s new role represents a meaningful homecoming. She brings both extensive experience and a strong passion for supporting the Windsor business community and continuing the important work happening here.

Applications for Leadership Windsor Class 4 are now Open!
Leadership Windsor, a transformative program offered by the Windsor Chamber of Commerce that empowers individuals to become effective stewards of our community. Spanning over ten months, this annual initiative is designed to cultivate leadership skills and provide a comprehensive understanding of Windsor's local government structures, economic and social issues, and public services.
Class 4 runs from August 2026 to May 2027.
