Carlos & Linda Chavez
This month, we're raising a glass to Carlos and Linda Chavez, the husband-and-wife team behind Chavez Family Cellars.
The two built their winery from the ground up, transforming a garage into a fully bonded winery and turning a shared passion for wine into a thriving family business.
Today, Chavez Family Cellars produces small-lot wines that reflect both craftsmanship and connection. Their wines have earned recognition and medals at respected competitions, including the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
But Carlos and Linda's impact extends well beyond the bottle. Both have dedicated their time and leadership to supporting businesses, professionals, and the broader community.
Carlos has served in numerous business and community leadership roles, including leadership with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and has been a longtime advocate for entrepreneurship and small-business growth.
Linda is an accomplished human resources professional with SPHR and PHRca credentials. Through her professional work and community involvement, she has supported employers, professionals, and emerging leaders throughout the region.
Together, Carlos and Linda embody the entrepreneurial spirit and community commitment that strengthen our local business community.
